The Oregon Young Scholars Program (OYSP), is a program designed for BIPOC students to have the experience and resources to post secondary education. My role in this program included me being a Cohort Workshop Leader. In this position, I created lesson plans that were geared towards the professional experience of the museum world. I created and conducted lesson plans of artist research, museum tour, and identity painting.
